Evidence Based Practice: Transition from being a student to a professional Registered Nurse and issues or difficulties that will arise
Personal Reflection: Professional Nursing Development has prepared me for the real-world of nursing. The class gave me the opportunity to learn how to better present myself professionally. As an almost new graduate Registered Nurse, I am confident that I will succeed and that I will become the nurse I have always wanted to become.
Personal Goals: In 1 year following graduation I hope to have a better understanding of how the "behind the scenes" on a specific floor/unit works. I am quite confident in my nursing care to patients; therefore, gaining a better understanding of how things work on a floor will make me well rounded. In 5 years following graduation, I hope to continue my education either to specialize in a specific aspect of nursing or to go back to school to get my Masters.
